Optimum Nutrition's powdered BCAA formula is designed to be mixed in water and sipped throughout your workout to support post-exercise muscle recovery. Gold Standard BCAA provides 5 grams of a BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) in an undocumented ratio, plus some vitamin C and electrolytes for hydration. It is available in Watermelon, Fruit Punch, Strawberry Kiwi and Cranberry Lemonade flavors.
DIRECTIONS: Mix 1 scoop in 10-12 fl. oz. of cold water.
