Time it took to complete Transformation:
Hi I'm Trey and I have been a power lifter for several years now. I have competed and been successful in power lifting events a few different times. Until this year, all that seemed to matter to me was the size of my biceps and chest. I weighed between 195-200lbs and was very muscular with 19" biceps and could flat bench press over 500lbs. This year I decided to try out bodybuilding and wow did I learn so much. I had no idea what I was getting myself into at the time. I am 26 years old and have a full time job and am very active in out local government and community. I competed this past weekend in the 2nd Annual Flex Lewis Classic in the light weigh novice division. Yes light weight.... That means I lost 35.5lbs from the first of the year until weigh-ins Friday night. I felt amazing. My body fat dropped to in the 5% range and I got shredded. I finished 2nd place in my division and brought home a trophy. I can't wait until my next show. Thank you ProSource for being a huge part of it.
