The Proven Path to Shedding Fat and Ripping Up
You’ve got those stubborn areas of fat which don’t appear to want to go away right? Everybody has these areas, you’re not the only one.
The question is why do we get troublesome areas which are more stubborn than the rest of our body and how do we get around this during a transformation?
Here are my thoughts on this.
"Why Do I Have This Excess Body Fat?"
This is an easy one. Different lifestyle factors ranging from daily stress levels, hydration levels and sleep quality all matter. Throw them together with other variables like insulin resistance, aromatisation and the overall health of your endocrine system and you’ve got a myriad of problems waiting to happen.
Depending on what problems you have, you’re going to be vulnerable to stubborn fatty deposits plaguing your body.
People are often their own worst enemy, compounding these issues with eating inferior foods full of synthetic ingredients, consuming alcohol, smoking, using energy drinks and all that crap. It’s like adding gasoline to the fire.
So there’s your “why.” Natural lifestyle factors, genetics and your own actions.
"How Do I Rid Myself Of This Excess Body Fat?"
This one? Not as easy. This topic is kind of a huge advertisement for a healthy lifestyle because the answer to addressing stubborn fat is to fix everything.
Allow me to elaborate on that for a moment.
All of the factors I explained to you above pertain to CHOICES.
If you’re highly stressed, living off bad food, not drinking enough water, drinking too much alcohol and smoking, these are all CHOICES, right?
To fix the above you need to start making the correct choices.
If you start eating a nutritious diet, full of cruciferous vegetables, plenty of fibre, phytonutrients, minerals, vitamins, protein and invest more time into your health you will correct the above problems.
Your Action Plan
Problems like insulin resistance, aromatisation, chronic cortisol levels and adrenal gland fatigue happen because of an unhealthy lifestyle. This is why those choices lead to these things happening to your body.
The truth is you have the control to fix this with enough effort on your behalf. And of course, don’t forget that sometimes you just aren’t lean enough and need to rid yourself of more fat. 5 For Fat Loss

- 2. Start drinking at least 1 gallon of water per day
- 3. Only eat foods which are natural, avoid the processed stuff
- 4. De-stress at the end of each day for 20 minutes before bed -- having a quiet bath is good!

Will it be easy? No.
Will you reach your goal quickly? Again, no.
Will you succeed? Yes, if you put your mind to it.
