My Story: I was 270 sloppy weight then dropped to 220 it was ok then hit my diet harder dropped to 198lbs. I wanted to get bigger but still stay pretty lean so I ate tons of protein and low carbs. Lifted heavy weights but try for more reps then a lot of drop sets high reps. Gotta love steak,chicken,turkey , and whole wheat pasta. It was harder to gain weight then to loose it.
