Old School Chest Destroyer



Serge Nubret had undoubtedly one of the best physiques of all time. His routine, although basic on paper, is very difficult and yielded crazy results for this phenomenal golden-era French bodybuilder. This is a program I use a few times per year to shock the muscle into some growth, so I wanted to share it with you. I continually come back to this time frame of bodybuilding because these workouts have some real work to them and I love that. Enjoy!

Incline Bench Press
