Box-Squats
(50-60% of 1 Rep Max)-2 reps

Dead-lifts-50-60% of your 1 Rep Max)-2 reps

Circuit Walking Lunges-200 feet
Leg extension-25 reps
Leg Curls-25 reps
3-5 sets
