My Story: I started my cutting and dieting phase at 211.4 and was measured at 17% body fat and am currently weighing in at 193.2 (body fat not measured, sorry). The biggest contributor to my 18+ lb drop in a single month has to do with tracking my progress. Both my workout routine and nutrition is tracked in separate journal specifically designed for those areas. I limit my caloric intake to around 2,000, carbohydrates to 150 or less, and protein to 220g or more. This coupled with a ton of water and some supplements have given results better than I expected! I currently work out 6 days a week and the only change over the last month has been the addition of cardio work mainly via the elliptical machine. 20 minutes of high intensity interval training 3-4 days a week on top of strength training is all I need to but anywhere from 250-300 calories. I am eager to see what the next month brings!
