Time it took to complete Transformation:
one year & 8 months
I always played sports such as boxing, basketball, baseball and track. I never took my physique into consideration much since I was younger. Well [I went through] a very hard time after my wife had split from me and I decided to start going to the gym and lift to try and reduce the pain and depression I was feeling. I was always into sports but very skinny and thin around 128 pounds. I got very dedicated with my diet, and training on my own and learned much of my knowledge online. I got approached [and was asked] if I was interested in doing natural bodybuilding. I decided to train for it and in one year I went from 128-158. [In the] last eight months, I have put on the last six pounds. I have never been so passionate about something. From where pain began, I was able to find something that made me happy and look great. Hard work pays off always! Now I'm almost ready for my first show in a month!
