SUPER-SET

Leg extensions -20 reps

Sissy Squats-20 reps

SUPER-SET

Back Squat-12 reps

Front Squat-8 reps

TRI-SET

Leg curls 1/4 rep method-12 reps

Ball hamstring curls-20 reps

Stiff leg deadlifts-12 reps

Walking lunges-5 minutes
