This Protein Punch of an oatmeal is an excellent source of protein, contains a good amount of fiber is naturally cholesterol free and is low in fat. For those that want the right jump on the day.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Tbsp protein powder (such as NytroWhey)
1 Package Instant Unflavored Oatmeal

CONVENTIONAL COOKING DIRECTIONS (thinner consistency):
Add protein powder (such as NytroWhey) to the dry (uncooked) oatmeal and stir.
Add 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir.
Add 1 packet of Equal/Spleda/Sweet-n-Lo after the oatmeal/protein is thoroughly mixed.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS (thicker consistency):
Add protein powder (such as NytroWhey) to the dry (uncooked) oatmeal and stir.
Add 2/3 cup of water and stir.
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 packet of Equal/Spleda/Sweet-n-Lo after the oatmeal/protein is thoroughly mixed.
