This is my last thing I eat before bed. I cram in any extra calories I might need to hit my goal.

8 oz lowfat milk (heat up first just like making hot chocolate)
1 heaping scoop casein vanilla
2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp whip cream

BLEND and top of with 2 tbsp cup crush almonds
