BODYBUILDING RECIPE: HEALTHY CREPES


INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup skim milk
2 whole eggs.
Greek yogurt
fresh mixed berries (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:
Blend oatmeal, cottage cheese, skim milk and egg. Pour batter to cook crepes. Top with Greek yogurt and mixed berries blended in. Roll up like a crepe. Good right out of the skillet or refrigerate for a quick meal later on.
