1/8 cup of pea protein powder (try also with vanilla casein!)
1 tbsp of coconut flour
1 medjool date
1/2 tbsp of orange fish oils
3 brazil nuts
1 tsp vanilla essence

Blend together, pan-fried, and boom: you're done
