Bodybuilding Recipe: Baked Egg & Avocado

1 egg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees, have cast iron pan in there. If you do not have a cast iron pan, a frying pan works just fine.

Slice avocado in half, take out pit.

Take pan out of the oven and put avocado halves in the pan. Crack the egg into the avocado. If the egg is too big for one half of the avocado and spills out into the pan, poor it into the other half.

Sprinkle pepper or whatever you want on top. Try bacon, chili powder, red pepper flakes, etc.

Place pan back in the oven and cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking. Approx 10-20 minutes.
