INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsps of almond butter
2 eggs (used just to hold together)
1 banana

DIRECTIONS:
Scramble the eggs, mash up bananas and mix together with the almond butter. You can add more or less of the three items to your liking. You don't want it runny or super thick. Heat skillet and spray with canola cooking spray. Prepare and cook just like pancakes. These are yummy without syrup and you can throw them in a baggy and use them for post workout snack too!
