career updates or made recent guest appearances at various sports,
bodybuilding, physique and fitness events. The latest "Andrew Oye's
Pro-Muscle Report" Pro Athletes Roundup includes superstars of
professional wrestling, stars of professional bodybuilding, and
international news from Hawaii to Nevada to Florida to the United
Kingdom.
The "So What?": Over the weekend, as announced by the UKBFF South Coast, IFBB Pro Alvin
Small hosted a seminar at a gym in Southampton, United Kingdom, sharing
knowledge about nutrition, supplementation and training from one of the
UK's strongest bodybuilders. After competing at the Arnold Amateur
Bodybuilding Championships, the Nottingham resident earned his IFBB Pro
card by winning the Super-Heavyweight Class and Overall title at the
2010 UKBFF British Championships. He competed at the 2011 Arnold Classic
Europe (won by IFBB Pro Victor Martinez), 2011 Mr. Europe Pro (won by
IFBB Pro Ronny Rockel), and the British Grand Prix in 2011 (won by IFBB
Pro Branch Warren) and 2012 (won by IFBB Pro Shawn Rhoden). His last
showing was a 13th place finish at 2012 Prague Pro (won by IFBB Pro
Dennis Wolf).
A few days away from the last contest in 2014
awarding IFBB Pro Olympia Qualification Series points for the 2015 Joe
Weider's Olympia Weekend -- the Ferrigno Legacy Championships in California (November 29) -- "Incredible Hulk" and current MUSCLE INK Magazine cover athlete, IFBB Pro Lou
Ferrigno made an appearance at the Reno Comic Con pop-culture convention
in Nevada, which was also attended by WWE Superstar Pro Wrestler Roman
Reigns (Leati Joseph Anoa'i), a WWE Tag Team Champion, former collegiate
football star at Georgia Tech and NFL Pro football player for the
Minnesota Vikings and Jacksonville Jaguars. The featured guest posers at
the NPC Paradise Cup in Waikiki, Hawaii, were 2-time Ms. Figure Olympia
IFBB Pro Erin Stern and 2012 Arnold Classic Europe Champion Shawn
Rhoden.
Andrew Oye's Verdict: The place to be and been seen was the NPC National Bodybuilding
Championships (won by new IFBB Pro Alexis Rivera-Rolon). Among those

nutrition seminar in Sonora, Mexico. Flex Lewis guest-posed at the NPC
East Coast Bodybuilding Championships in New Jersey, while Phil Heath
visited a sports-nutrition store in Nova Scotia, Canada, for a
meet-and-greet event.
