Andrew Oye's Verdict:
The post-holiday and post-NFL-Super-Bowl blahs lead to the end of the hibernation for some people in the industry. As it has for the past several years, TheFitExpo extravaganza kicks-off the year's schedule of large-scale fitness events. The 2015 IFBB Pro League contest calendar starts next month with the Arnold Sports Festival's IFBB Pro Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic Bodybuilding Championships in Columbus, Ohio (March 5-8). This restarts the IFBB Pro Olympia Qualification Series awarding IFBB Pro League athletes points to earn spots on the stages at Joe Weider's Olympia Weekend in Las Vegas (September 20).
