The Scoop: Recently Reported: IFBB Pro League athletes and pros from other sports leagues had career updates or made recent guest appearances at various sports, bodybuilding, physique and fitness events. The latest "Andrew Oye's Pro-Muscle Report" Pro Athletes Roundup includes a 2014 Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee; one half of Impact Wrestling Tag-Team Champions; a World Wrestling Entertainment hopeful; a 3-time All-Pro National Football League linebacker; and several competitors closing the IFBB Pro Olympia Qualification Series with sights set on next month's edition of Joe Weider's Olympia Weekend (a.k.a. the "Super Bowl of bodybuilding").

The "So What?": Over the weekend, at The Fit Expo (TheFitExpo) in Anaheim, California, bodybuilder/powerlifter Mike O'Hearn (a.k.a. "Titan" from TV's "American Gladiators") had a "posedown of the century" versus WNBF Pro bodybuilder and Impact Pro Wrestling Superstar Jessie Godderz (a.k.a. "Mr. PEC-Tacular"). O'Hearn had an autograph signing and meet-and-greet photo ops. As a bonus, fans got a chance to take on the 4-time Mr. Universe in the Ultimate Armwrestling League UAL's "Armwrestle A Pro" Challenge. Also spotted at the expo: 3-time Pro Bowl NFL Football Player (San Diego Chargers, Buffalo Bills) Shawne Merriman and Egyptian Pro Basketball Player (and WWE "Tough Enough" contestant) Mada Abdelhamid.

TheFitExpo also featured bodybuilding championships, exercise classes, Tae Bo with Billy Blanks, MAS wrestling, mixed martial arts MMA training, martial arts tricking demos, Gracie World Jiu-Jitsu Tournament, California Armwrestling Championships, "Battle of the Bars" Calisthenics Tournament, USPA Powerlifting Competition, Odd Haugen Strength Classic Southland Strongman Challenge, National Pro Grid League NPGL fitness matches, as well as fitness seminars with IFBB Pro Tanji Johnson (2013 Arnold Classic USA Ms. Fitness International Champion and 2-time Arnold Classic Europe Pro Fitness Champion).

IFBB Hall of Famer, former Mr. Olympia contender, and 2-time winner of the Arnold Sports Festival's IFBB Pro Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic Bodybuilding Championships, IFBB Pro Kevin Levrone wrapped up his UK Tour, which included appearances and seminar stops in London, Belfast, Dublin, Liverpool, Bristol, and Wenbley, and also included filming a sports-fitness chat-show segment with IFBB Pro Zack Khan. Next, Levrone travels to Germany. IFBB Pro Victor Martinez hosted his inaugural NPC Victor Martinez Legends Championships in Bronx, New York, where IFBB Pro Evan Centopani, IFBB Pro Jon Delarosa, IFBB Pro Marco Rivera, IFBB Pro Juan Morel, and Fitness-Division IFBB Pro Bethany Cisternino (wife of 212-Division IFBB Pro Guy Cisternino) were the headlining guest-posers and performers.

IFBB Pro Branch Warren was the featured guest-poser at the NPC Muscle Heat Championships, hosted by retired IFBB Pro Quincy Roberts in Greensboro, North Carolina. This commitment kept the Texas "Quadrasaurus" and 2-time Arnold Classic winner from competing at the inaugural Texas Pro Championships where his buddy powerlifter/IFBB Pro Johnnie Jackson defeated Texan firefighter/paramedic IFBB Pro Steve Kuclo in the Open Division; plus, IFBB Pro Alejandro Cambronero won the 212 Division, for which new IFBB Pro Cody Montgomery was on stage to present finalists with their awards.

Andrew Oye's Verdict: Even though Michael O'Hearn never earned an IFBB Pro card or competed as a professional in the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, the versatile athlete definitely carved a market for himself within and beyond the fitness industry. In addition to booking guest-posing gigs at NPC events, the ever-impressive 46-year-old superstar fitness model continues to land magazine covers (adding to his worldwide total of approximately 500). As a competitive bodybuilder, O'Hearn collected four Mr. Natural Universe titles. A proponent of  "PowerBuilding," he is also a Decathlon of Strength Strongman Champion and 4-time California Powerlifting Champion. As a martial artists and actor, he has worked in film and television, as well as sports-entertainment TV projects where his athletic stature is a benefit -- such as "American Gladiators" and "Battle Dome" (with actor/former NFL Pro footballer Terry Crews).
