The Item: IFBB Pro League Contest Competitors List, Andrew Oye's IFBB Pro Athletes Roundup

The Scoop: Just Announced: Promoters of the Europa Super Show just announced the list of IFBB Pro League athletes that will compete at the 2012 IFBB Dallas Pro Bodybuilding Championships in Texas (August 18).

212 Class Competitors:
IFBB Pro Oliver Adzievski
IFBB Pro Ahmad Ahmad
IFBB Pro Khalid Almohsinawi
IFBB Pro Robert Belisle
IFBB Pro William Bonac
IFBB Pro Gianluca Catapano
IFBB Pro Derik Farnsworth
IFBB Pro Roger Ferrer
IFBB Pro David Henry
IFBB Pro Tricky Jackson
IFBB Pro Roxio Tapia
IFBB Pro Marvin Ward
IFBB Pro Quincy Winklaar

The "So What?": As reported in "Andrew Oye's Pro-Muscle Report," this contest marks the return of 2008 Olympia 202 Showdown winner IFBB Pro David Henry to physique competition since late 2010, following a break for military commitments. Quincy Winklaar makes his pro debut, along with rookie pro William Bonac. Former Open Division competitors Oliver Adzievski and Khalid Almohsinawi will now take their chances in the 212 Division. All competitors are aiming for IFBB Pro Olympia Qualification Series points to compete at Joe Weider's Olympia Weekend in Las Vegas.

Andrew Oye's Verdict: Frontrunners for the 212 Division competition: David Henry, Tricky Jackson and powerlifter Derik Farnsworth, with eyes also watching Dutch pro bodybuilder William Bonac and the Netherlands' Quincy Winklaar -- younger brother of Open Division competitor IFBB Pro Roelly Winklaar, winner of the Arnold Sports Festival's 2009 Arnold Classic Amateur Bodybuilding contest. The elder Winklaar placed 7th at the 2010 IFBB Pro Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic Bodybuilding Championships and 8th at the 2011 Arnold Classic (won by "Quadrasaurus" IFBB Pro Branch Warren, who successfully defended the title at this year's event in Columbus, Ohio, where Roelly Winklaar did not compete).
