The Item: Career Updates, Special Appearances, Andrew Oye's IFBB Pro Athletes Roundup

The Scoop: Recently Reported: IFBB Pro League athletes had career updates or made recent guest appearances at various bodybuilding, physique and fitness events. The "Andrew Oye's Pro-Muscle Report" latest roundup includes 212/202 champs, who could now one day be Arnold Classic 212 champs.

The "So What?":
Over the weekend, the finals event at the Europa NPC Battle of Champions in Hartford, CT, was packed with pro guest posers:  2-time IFBB Pro Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic Bodybuilding Championships Winner IFBB Pro Branch Warren, IFBB Pro Ed Nunn, IFBB Pro Ben White, IFBB Pro Lee Banks, IFBB Pro Jason Arntz, IFBB Pro Jon Delarosa, and IFBB Pro Guy Cisternino. Meanwhile, a training seminar in Linden, NJ, featured 2012 Arnold Classic Europe Champion IFBB Pro Shawn Rhoden, 2011 Arnold Classic Europe Winner IFBB Pro Victor Martinez, Olympia 212 Showdown Champ IFBB Pro Flex Lewis, and IFBB Pro Marco Rivera.

Other appearances and notes: Part of the TheFitExpo Northern California, the NPC San Jose Bodybuilding Championships honored 1980 Mr. America IFBB Pro Paul Love. IFBB Pro Ron Love’s 2nd Annual NPC Ron Love Hall of Fame Classic Championships was held in Sterling Heights, MI. IFBB Pro Jose Raymond guest-posed at the NPC Hudson Valley Championships in New York. IFBB Pro Andy Haman at the Steel City Championships in Colorado. Rookie IFBB Pro Dallas McCarver at the NPC Battle on the Bluff Championships in Mississippi.

Andrew Oye's Verdict
: At 22, Dallas McCarver is currently the world youngest IFBB Professional bodybuilder. The Tennessee native and former college football player, (who turned pro at the 2012 IFBB North Americans) has his work cut out for him against veteran pros and humongous fellow rookie IFBB Pro Mamdouh Elssbiay, a.k.a. "Big Ramy," who hit the Olympia Qualification Series Point System and qualified for Olympia Weekend by winning his pro debut at the 2013 New York Pro.
