My Story: My beginning weight prior to dedicating myself to a life of health and fitness, was a whooping, no lie, 310lbs. Diet and slow introduction exercise lead to a 100lbs loss in 8 months. I subsequently found my life partner and had 2 children, which lead to weight balloon near the 300lbs mark again. At this moment I hover between 145 - 150. I've starting weight training as I feel this is the last frontier I've tackled with my body and I'm giving it my all. Never give up on your body. I'm proof that you can overcome and succeed.
