Amount Per Serving: Zinc 30 mg (men) 20 mg (women) (as L-monomethionine and Aspartate), Magnesium 450 mg (men), 300 mg (women) (as Aspartate), Vitamin B-6 10.5 mg (men), 7 mg (women) (as Pyridoxine HCI).

Other Ingredients: Gelatin and Magnesium Stearate.

Recommended Usage: Men take 3, Women take 2 capsules daily. Preferably on an empty stomach 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime. For best results avoid taking with dairy or other calcium containing supplements.

Comments:    OUTSTANDING! Higher endurance levels were the most prominent effects shown with this product. By the end of the 1st week of using it, my workouts were more intense with additional weights and time. I wasn't even aware of it until my workout partner pointed it out. This ZMA product was the only thing I was taking different than my normal supplements. I find this to be the highest quality ZMA on the market so far.

Comments:    Prosource has finally produced an economical version of it, so I tried it. I slept better at the start of the night, but mid-way through the evening I woke up repeatedly until the morning almosty every night while on the product. On those rare mornings I had an unbroken sleep I felt energized and trained harder....But such episodes were rare indeed with ZMA. I am not sold on the efficacy of the product.
