Xtend is a pre and post workout formula providing a 2:1:1 ratio of branched chained amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) along with glutamine, which may help with exercise recovery. Citrulline malate, which has shown an ability to rid the body of ammonia during intense exercise is added along with vitamin B6 as a support nutrient.

Dosing Chart:

Men
Up to 200lbs      2-3 scoops per day
Over 200lbs       3-4 scoops per day

Women
Up to 125lbs     1-2 scoops per day
over 125lbs       1-3 scoops per day

Recommended Usage: Mix 2 level scoops (11.29 grams) in 16 ounces of water and shake well. Depending on bodyweight, split the following dose before and during your workout:
160 lbs: 2 scoops
160-180 lbs: 4 scoops
180 lbs: 6 scoops
Regardless of bodyweight, consume 1 serving (2 scoops) immediately post-workout.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Always consult a physician prior to using any dietary supplement.

Love it - combine it with Creatine Monohydrate and Beta Alanine to create my very own pre-work out. Then I drink it plan like Gatorade during work outs and activities.

I remember the old watermelon, I thought it was
a better tasting formula. But Xtend is a staple in
my home..I like it better than any other baac out
there. Mix it with van protein before going to work.

Great product. It really helps out with recovery/muscle soreness as well as energy throughout the workout if you use it as an intraworkout drink. You also can't beat the flavor, watermelon madness is the best.

This certainly does the job, I take it halfway through my lift and I get a good pump once I'm done with the workout. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars, they changed the flavor / packaging, and the flavor is poor in comparison.

Love this product, I use it throughout the day in my water to give it some flavor. Watermelon is just OK, very strong taste so don't use the recommended dose, just too sweet.

Watermelon flavor is good. Haven't taken it long enough to notice any results. But the price is good and seems to be a good quality. I'll let you know once the product is finished

Excellent for working out and just sipping through out the day. I drink one scoop everyday, but on workout days I continue to drink one scoop through out the day and 2 scoops during workouts. Watermelon flavor tastes great and overall this product is a must have for bodybuilders and power lifters.

I am using this during workouts. It does not help me as far as energy or pump, and I am sore 20-24 hours after lifting as usual. It's BCAAs and glutamine. I wasn't expecting a miracle. I am pretty sure I will be buying more at some point.

Tastes great and I can tell a difference in recovery time and sorness. I also drink more of it because of the taste so I dont get dehydrated.

Tastes good. I'm not a huge "supplement guy" and haven't tried much so for me this product is take it or leave it. I don't feel any different than when I sip water during my workout. I also feel just as sore as I always did the next morning. I will spend the money on more chicken at the grocery store next time.

Best BCAA supplement on the market. Here's why:

2 servings/4 scoops is a very sufficient dose of BCAA's to be taken pre/intra/post workout, as opposed to other BCAA supps that give you next to nothing. Also a nice extra kick from Vitamin B6, a kicker to your glutamine intake on the day and a helper of citrulline malate to compliment your NO supplements all in one BCAA supp is a great idea and well executed. Worth the money. Tastes more than tolerable, just stay away from lemon-lime.

I have been taking Xtend for a week now. I must say it is great. It tastes good also. After my hard workouts, the next day, I'm right back in the gym with no soreness and it also gives me a very nice energy boost.

I bought watermelon and grape. The watermelon tastes great but grape is good too. I got a good postworkout pump without the gitters. I will buy again.
