Xtend is a pre and post workout formula providing a 2:1:1 ratio of branched chained amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine) along with glutamine, which may help with exercise recovery. Citrulline malate, which has shown an ability to rid the body of ammonia during intense exercise is added along with vitamin B6 as a support nutrient.

Recommended Usage: Directions: Mix 2 level scoops in 16 ounces of water and shake well. Depending on bodyweight, split the following dose before and during your workout:
160 lbs: 2 scoops
160-180 lbs: 4 scoops
180 lbs: 6 scoops
Regardless of bodyweight, consume 1 serving (2 scoops) immediately after workout.

Comments:    probably the most important supplement i take and i take alot of them. I honestly wouldnever train without it. When I have you really can feel the difference. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to reduce muscle damage and get back to the gym stronger( and not sore)
