XNGF contains a blend of three different plant extracts sometimes linked to influence over GH production. Mucuna pruriens is an herb that naturally contains L-Dopa, a precursor of dopamine and a mood-enhancing catalyst. Alpha-GPC is a soy-derived substance that interacts with and potentiates the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Finally, Bacopa is an herb which may have cognition-enhancing and antioxidant effects.

Amount Per Serving: Velvet Bean Extract [Standardized 15% L-Dopa] (Seed)(Mucuna Pruriens) 660mg, Alpha GPC (Alpha-Glycerylphophorylcholine) 100mg, Bacopa Monniera Extract [Standardized 20% Bacosides A & B](Leaves) 50mg.

Other Ingredients: Tricalcium Phosphate, Gelatin, Silicon Dioxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

Suggested Use: Take one or two x-caps daily (in the morning, 30 minutes to one hour before a meal and in the evening 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime). The maximum recommended dosage of XNGF for a healthy adult, is no more than four x-caps in a 24-hour period.
