Day 4 and Beyond: 1 Rapid-Release Capsules, 30-60 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner with a glass of water. For best results use XenadrineŽ RFA-1 for at least 8 weeks. Use while following a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Don't snack after dinner, and remember to drink 8-10 glasses of water each day. Ensure you read the label before use and follow these directions.

Comments:    I still think the original RFA-1 with Ephedra was better. I lost weight/fat quickly and had great focus+control. This one is not bad, taking almost 2mo but same weight and not much fat loss. I eat very healthy, work out-combination, weights/aerobics, resistance. Now seeing if I perhaps change my diet some more...great carbs/low fat, several times a day. Maybe I am allergic to something in the ingredients?
