Comments:    Good product. Not quite as good as advertsied but I did gain 7lbs in about three weeks. Tastes great and is light to consume. Will caution it may upset your stomach for the first few days until you get used to it. Best product for the money.

Comments:    this is an excellent product I have tried weight gainers before and this is the best one so far. its got 12 grams of fiber!!!! To regulate your gi tract and fill you up so you dont eat alot of junk food and other empty calories. almost no fat and or cholesterol unless you use whole milk (just use skim and other types of milk). great amino acid profile and excellent source of complex carbohydrates which most bodybuilders forget about. COMPLEX CARBS ARE WHAT YOU NEED if u want more fuller muscles and to have all day energy and 2 servings you have forty percent of it. the only problem was the egg gas from it the first few days until your body gets used to the fiber and high amino profile after 3 days that was gone for me. EXCELLENT PRODUCT MHP
