It contains an herbal blend of compounds, including Avena sativa, Muara puama, trimethyglycine, Xanthoparmilia scabrosa, Urtica dioica, and ashwagandha. Avena sativa and urtica dioica have long been linked, anecdotally, to support of sexual function for men, and ashwaganda is an Indian herb that may possess some stimulating effects on the endocrine, cardiopulmonary, and central nervous systems.
