Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take three capsules after morning meal and three capsules after mid-day meal, along with 16 fluid ounces of water. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSAGE.

Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, foods, or beverages, while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heart beat. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as one cup of coffee.
