Comments:    As mentioned this form of Glutamine does have a taste which I believe is due to it being the N-acetyl type. The taste is quite bitter. I cannot use it in Chocolate shakes but it tastes fine in my grape juice/strawberry whey/BCAA/Creatine post workout concoction.I also use "regular" Glutamine to avoid the taste when needed. The scoop is difficult to use in such a small bottle opening. A larger diameter,shorter bottle would work much better. I feel that Glutamine is equally important as Creatine. Both are very effective for me. The Prosource brand seems to be best quality/best value.

Comments:    While I agree that this stuff does have a bit of a "taste" to it, 1 scoop in 16oz of water knocks it out. I sip it while lifting, and it seems like the muscle aches are a bit easier to tolerate.

Comments:    I am 46 years old and since I started using this particular brand of glutamine I noticed a definite increase in lean muscle mass. This is a definite must have for anyone who seems to have difficulty getting the gains. I also noticed a decrease in muscle aches after a hard workout.
