Like original Bone-Up, this wider-spectrum formulation contains a calcium form of hydroxyapatite meant specifically for teen and younger women, with added MK-7 (a form of Vitamin K) and glucosamine. Ultra Bone-Up also contains MSM (methyl-sulfonyl-methane, a form of sulfur linked to joint and tendon health), SDG lignans from flaxseed, methyl B12 and curcumin.
