Ultra A & D-3 is a compatible combination of Vitamins A and D. Vitamin A is essential for the maintenance of healthy epithelial tissue, which is found in the eyes, skin, respiratory system, GI and urinary tracts. Vitamin D promotes calcium absorption and calcium transport to bones.

Amount Per Serving: Vitamin A (from Fish liver Oil) (halibut) 10,000IU, Beta-Carotene (as pro-Vitamin A 9mg) 15,000IU, Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 1,000IU.

Other Ingredients: Softgel Capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water) Rice Bran Oil and Corn Oil.

Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take one softgel daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Omega-3 Fish Oil, Tru-E BioComplex and zinc.
