Comments: Didn't work for me. Keeps you very focused and a lot of energy, but almost too much for me. Not in a Caffinated way, but I was so focused i couldn't concentrate on what needed to be done in my work out. It made me feel weird and have an upset stomache. Wanted to give two, but three because it does give you mad energy, just didn't for for me.
