Comments: THIS PRODUCT IS AWESOME!!! FOR EXAMPLE, I WAS DOIN 1-ARM OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSIONS WITH 60'S EXPECTING TO DO 6, MAYBE 8, REPS! I ENDED UP DOIN 12!!! 12!!! THATS INSANE!!! I SEE THE PUMPS IN THE MIRRORS, MY STRENGTH IS UP, AND MY REST TIME IS SHORTER!!! THIS PRODUCT IS WORTH MY HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!

Comments: burning hot full pump sensation while working out but went away about 30 minutes into workout suggest taking it immediatly before workout instead of 30 minutes before.
