This high-fiber supplement contains 3.75 grams of psyllium seed husks per serving, which may have some efficacy in facilitate healthy bowel movements and a clean, more absorptive colon. Colon Cleanse is especially recommended for those whose daily fiber intake tends to be low.

Servings Per Container: 48 Amount Per Serving: Total Carbohydrates 5g, Dietary Fiber 3g, Soluble Fiber 2.8g, Sugars 3.5g, Iron 0.4mg, Psyllium Husk Flavor 3.5g.

Other Ingredients: Fructose, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Orange Flavor.

Recommended Use: Adults: start with two teaspoons (7g) up to 3 times daily with at least 8oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children: (6 yrs-12 yrs) half the adult dosage.

Warning: Do not use laxative products if you have difficulty swallowing or any throat problems. If abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting occur, seek immediate medical attention. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits lasting 2 weeks, consult a physician before using a laxative. If the recommended use of this product for 1 week has no effect, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. Discontinue use and consult a physician if there is rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use.

Frequent or prolonged use of this preparation may result in dependence on laxatives. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Keep this and all medication out of reach of children.
