Recommended Use: Take 2 capsules with at least 8 fluid ounces (a full glass) of water approximately 1 hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. DO NOT EXCEED A TOTAL OF 6 CAPSULES PER DAY.

Individuals who are at risk of or who suffer from weakened cardiovascular systems, renal diseases, thyroid hyperfunction, spasms, and/or psychiatric, panic or anxiety disorders should consult a physician before use. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus. Do not take this product if you have nasal or throat congestion, difficulty in swallowing, narrowing of the esophagus, or an intestinal obstruction. Do not take this product if you have ever experienced any difficulty in swallowing pills. If you experience difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water. Comments:    I've only been using this for a few weeks. I'm working on getting rid of the Winter add on's. So far I've noticed more energy. I'm not as drained when I get up in the morning. I like this product because it puts me in a more positive mood. It doesn't upset my stomach like Hydroxycut. Haven't noticed any weight lose as of yet but like I said I've only been taking this for a few weeks. But so far I've been happy with the product.
