Beta alanine has been of particular interest in recent scientific literature for its role in creatine utilization and helping increase lactic acid threshold to extend stamina during intense training.

Directions for Use: Add a level scoop of SynthaTrex Xtreme to 8 fluid ounces of cold water and stir. Take 30 minutes prior to workout. For optimal results, take another serving 4 - 6 hours after workout.

Note: Since this product contains multiple vasodilating compounds, it may produce a "nutrient rush" sensation after each dose. Users may notice increased vascularity, a moderate energy rush, along with a temporary feeling of heat, skin flushing and redness which lasts for approximately 30 minutes. This sensation is a natural reaction to vasodilators such as niacin and is completely harmless. This effect is evidence of the formula?s intended vasodilating action, which is important for optimal nutrient transport and delivery.
