Recommended Usage: FOR MALES: Take 2 scoops with 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Use approximately 4-5 ounces of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk. FOR FEMALES: Take 1 scoop with 4-5 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or body shaping requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk or your favorite soy beverage.

Comments:    Great tast, Good results, not much different from most Protien powders from reputible manufacturers.

Comments:    This product was great for recovery like all BSN proteins. The only thing was is that I bought this protein because it was supposed to taste like chocolate peanut butter and their ad shows a picture of a reeses peanut butter cup next to it. Well it actually tastes like cold hot chocolate. It doesn't taste bad but there is no taste of peanut butter in it.
