RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or juice 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). For maximum results, avoid consuming a meal or protein shake within 45 minutes to an hour of taking SuperPump250.
Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should start by using half the recommended dose (1-2 scoops) to help assess their tolerance. Do not exceed more than three (3) scoops at any given time.

RECOMMENDED USE ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or juice.

IMPORTANT: To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four hours of bedtime. Avoid taking any additional stimulants while taking SuperPump250. Though dramatic effects will be noticed in your very first workout, SuperPump250 should be taken everyday to illicit its maximum super pump, mass augmenting, strength producing and fat burning effects. Taken as part of a proper exercise program and a diet rich in protein and carbohydrates, SuperPump250 may help individuals reach their aesthetic, strength and energy goals. Individual results may vary according to genetic disposition and body weight. Consume a minimum of approximately 1 gallon of water a day. Most individuals will begin to feel its mental focus, energy and super pump effects within 15 minutes of ingestion; others within 15-45 minutes of ingestion. These effects tend to become progressively more pronounced every few minutes thereafter. SuperPump250 will illicit its maximum energy and super pump effects within 1-6 hours after ingestion.

WARNING: Seek the advise of a health care practitioner before use, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition including (but not limited to): hypotension, hypertension, heart, liver, or thyroid disease, diabetes, psychiatric disease, asthma, pernicious anemia, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrythmia, stroke, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other prescription drug. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Reduce or discontinue use if excessive sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur. Comments:    I wouldn't even give this one star. Almost done with the first tub and have felt no difference. No pumps, no increase in focus, not even jitters even after taking 2 scoops...it hasn't even caused gas or bloating.

Comments:    I've been using SuperPump for a week now. They call it SuperPump for a reason, it gives mega pumps! Not as much of a buzz as NO Explode, but no crash either. I really like this product for the price.

Comments:    Bottom line everyones body is not the same. For me this stuff might as well be crack, I can't hit the weights without it. I've used NO EXPLODE and VAPOR for extended periods of time, and I keep going back to Super Pump. Try it and you'll be hooked

Comments:    SuperPump did not give the results that it was hyped up to be. Bought a couple of bottles worth and felt no difference. After I finished the first bottle I sold my second bottle to my brother to try since he is just getting into strength training and the same thing...no results. Tried MuscleTech naNO Vapor and that by far was better than SuperPump.

Comments:    I am through my first bottle and I can say it taste good(fruit punch) and all you sissies whining about"I had to go poopie". If you want good taste drink kool aid if you want results drink this. If you whine that much about a supplement I wonder how much you whine about lifting that heavy weight in the gym. BOTTOM LINE: peopl looking for something that works, you found it here. I havent had the stomach issues eveyone is talking about. I think its just a group of people feeding off each others rants.GREAT PRODUCT

Comments:    Good product, great taste. Not as good as BSN NO-explode. Runs thru you like water. Had to do No.2 3-times a night with this product. Don't try holding it too long, the diarrea will always win.

Comments:    it is the best prewokout formula i have ever tried. the reason it does not get 5 stars from me is because of the issues it causes with my stomach. one scoop is fine but any more than that a i get terrible diarreha.

Comments:    This product worked ok but I think NO Xplode is a better pre-workout supplement for pumps. I warn not to take this on an empty stomach as it will have you on the toilet.

Comments:    I am happy with this product overall. It provides extra energy for an intense workout. Also, it has secretagogue in it which help this 39 year old. The draw back for me is it does produce gas which seems to last a while.

Comments:    All of my friends took this and they loved it, so i decided to try it. For me it didn't work too well. I didn't get any pumps or energy for the gym, it gave me a little focus but that was about it. The only thing it did for me was clear out my system haha. DON'T TAKE ON COMPLETELY EMPTY STOMACH. IT'LL JUST GO RIGHT THROUGH YOU.
