Amount Per Serving: Calories 10, Total Carbohydrates 1g, Dietary Fiber Less than 1g, Iron 1mg, Psyllium Husk Powder 1g, Senna Powder 576 mg.

Other Ingredients: Fennel Seed, Peppermint, Papaya, Rose Hips, Buckthorn Bark, Barberry Root, Celery, Acidophilus.

Recommended Use: Adults take 4 capsules 3 times daily with at least 10-12oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Children (6 yrs to 12 yrs) half the adult dosage.

Comments:    Actually one of my favorite supplements. When training hard I don't go out much or hang out with my friends so the only thing I really look forward to besides training & eating is the 15-20 minutes I spend in the bathroom every morning. By far one of my favorite parts of the day, all made possible by Super Colon Cleanse :)
