Recommended Usage: Depending on the desired workout intensity, mix 1 scoop (intense workout) or 2 scoops (super intense) with 10-16 oz of water. Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to working out. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume late at night. Do not exceed more than a 28g serving per day.
Warnings: Not for use by individuals under the age of 18. Consult a physician or licensed qualified health care professional before using this product if you have or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric condition, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostrate enlargement, or seizure disorder, if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug or over-the counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in certain allergy, cough/cold, and weight control products). Exceeding recommended serving may cause serious adverse health effects including heart attack and stroke. Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed healthcare professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. Comments:    got a free sample of this, taste is amazing tastes like kool aid, as far as performance great too, i got the most amazing pump in my arms i think ive ever had i measured my arms after and they were almost an inch biggger, and energy was great too i just wanted to keep lifting good stuff

Comments:    I gave the orginal "Super Charge" 5 stars bcuz it earned it! This new crap doesn"t deserve 1 star!!!!!!! Just bcuz it says "New and Improved" doesn"t mean it is. The sequel is rarely better than the orginal. Bloated, very little energy, no focus even with 2 scps. Huge disappointment!!!!!!!

Comments:    Its grrrrreat I have energy for my entire workout I have great pumps from this stuff to. My only complaint is that when mixed there is a clump that forms in the bottom of the cup not always though. Taste is not to bad either. Will buy again.
