Amount Per Serving: GH-XS (Somatotropin Releasing Complex) 4195mg (Proprietary Blend of Butyrotropin (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA) & 4-amino-3-Phenylbutyric Acid (Phenibut), Mucuna Pruiens Extract (standardized to 20% L-Dopa_, Choline Bitartrate, DMAE Bitartrate, L-Tyrosine, L-theanine, Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCL 1250%) & PEA (Phenylethylamine HCL), SOMATOSTAT-X (Somatostatin Inhibiting Complex) 996mg (Proprietary Blend of Pantothenic Acid (as D-Calcium pantothenate & Pantothine 1500%), N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Cysteine (as HCL Monohydrate), Magnesium (as Glycinate, Orotate and Phosphate 6% elemental), Vitamin E (as Mixed Tocopherols 167%) & Zinc (as Zinc Citrate 23% elemental).

Recommended Usage: As an adult dietary supplement take one six gram serving (as slightly rounded tablespoon) 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime on an empty stomach without food or carbohydrate. As a daytime stress reliever Somnidren-GH may be taken in 1/4 or 1/2 doses to help further combat stress and anxiety. *Note: some users may experience a slight tingling sensation or heaviness in the body accompanied by deeper respiration after consumption, this is normal and short lived usually subsiding in 10 - 15 minutes. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24 hour period.
Warnings: Do not drive or operate machinery or heavy equipment after consuming. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, under the age of 18, have sleep apnea, narcolepsy or other related sleep disorders. Absolutely do NOT consume with alcohol, prescription or over the counter medication including but not limited to sleep aids, opiates, other Gaba based products or anti-depressants. Do not take if you suffer from any mental illness including bipolar disorder. Do not take more than the recommended dose as doing so may cause undesirable effects including nausea, dizziness & euphoria. Consult your physician prior to use. Keep out of reach of children.

Comments:    The effect this has immediately after ingestion is a wild ride. A slight tingling sensation (as it mentions), but it also slows breathing and gives the impression that gravity has increased.
