Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take one level scoop with 16oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage 30 minutes before workout on a light to empty stomach. On non-workout days, take one level scoop with 16oz of water, juice or your favorite beverage on a light to empty stomach. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 or elderly. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a medical doctor before use if you have been treated for, diagnosed with, or have a family history of any medical condition including but not limited to: cardiovascular complications, central nervous system, genito-urinary problems, psychiatric disease, asthma, pernicious anemia, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, stroke, difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or if you are using any other prescriptions or over-the-counter medication(s). Avoid additional consumptions of caffeine or stimulants such as ephedrine, ephedra or Ma Huang, which may intensify adverse effects. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product because taking too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, or rapid heartbeat. Consult a medical doctor before starting any diet or exercise program. Use only as directed.
