As a dietary supplement, take two capsules before the morning meal and two capsules before the mid-day meal as needed. Do not exceed four capsules per day. Avoid taking Seven late in the date as it may keep you awake.

Warning: Do not use if inner safety seal is broken.

One serving of this product contains about as much caffeine as four cups of coffee. To much caffeine can cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, or occasionally rapid heartbeat in some individuals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Do not use in combination with other caffeinated products. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Seven is not intended for long term use. If you are pregnant, nursing a baby, or have a serious medical condition, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. As with any dietary supplement, to receive the desired benefits, this product should be used in conjunction with a well-balanced diet and exercise program.
