Jarrow's formulation contains 200 mg per one-tablet serving of S-adenosyl-methione, a compound of the amino acid methionine and ATP which is the body?s main methyl group donor and may have some efficacy in the regulation of mood and in bone support (via its role in stimulating proteoglycan synthesis.
