Recommended Usage: Take 3 capsules with atleast 8 ounces of water approximately one hour before bed.
METHYL RIPPED:
Recommended Usage: Take 3 softgels in the morning before breakfast or morning workout session. Take another 3 softgels 6 hours later.
METHYL DRY
Recommended Usage: Take 5 capsules after breakfast and 5 capsules after. Drink a minimum of 5-8 glasses of water daily. Do not use for more than 3 days.

Comments: Nice weight loss stack. Although I think there routines in their training manual will have most people lose a lot of muscle too.
