Recommended Usage: Take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with or without meals or 30 minutes before exercise. If its your first time taking it, begin with half the recommended dosage to assess your tolerance. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Allow five full days for it to take affect. For best results, use as part of an appropriate diet and exercise program.
