Recommended Usage: In a water bottle, mix one scoop (29g) with 16 oz. of cold water and shake vigorously. Before each sip give the bottle a quick shake to suspend any SERC's that may have settled. Start drinking Revenge Pro 30 minutes before exercise and continue drinking every 15 minutes during exercise.
