Comments:    What? I dont know what that guy giving it 3 stars was thinking. This stuff has the best nutrition hands down. Its got more BCAA than any other weightgainer, Medium Chain Tri's, 600cals, 50grams of protein, 90grams of complex carbs, and IT DOES MIX WITHOUT A BLENDER. This and Cyto-gainer are THE BEST gainers on the market, and is the only gainers I recommend to my clients.

Comments:    Ehh, you'll gain 3-4lbs. Not sure if it's muscle or fat. Taste is decent. You will need a blender to use this product.
