Recommended Usage: Initial (First Serving) Instructions: To asses your individual tolerance to the ergogenic matrix, combine 1/2 scoops of Purple Wrath with 4 oz. of water and consume it before, during and/or after your workout. Shake well before drinking.
Combine 1-2 scoops of Purple Wraath with 6-14 oz. of water, and consume it pre-workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout). Shake well before drinking. For best results, Purple Wraath should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.

Comments:    If you think it tastes bad, you must not have been mixing it in enough water. CL says water, and lots of it. I like this stuff. You get used to the taste, and they've actually revised the flavoring system...I think they're on version 3 now and it's supposed to taste like candy. Don't let the taste scare you away. I've definitely increased my stamina during a workout by taking this pre. If it works, it works...taste isn't the most important thing in a supplement.

Comments:    NEGATIVE (-10) STARS....This stuff tastes like sewer water and fresh cut fiberglass combined. It leaves you sick to your stomache and bloated. It was a waste of hard earned money!!! I can drink ANYTHING...this stuff is sooo bad it cannot be put into words other than: WARNING KEEP AWAY, DO NOT DRINK.
